Before ordering from Adore, we require all stores to fill out a wholesale application. You can then print it out and FAX or mail the application to us, or email it to us with a single click of a button found on the form!

Instruction to Download Files:

1. Right Click on the Link Above and Choose (for Internet Explorer Users) "Save Target As" OR Choose (for Firefox Users) "Save Link As" from the pop-up menu (see below).

2. You will then be asked where on your computer you would like to save the file. Choose a location and select "Save".

3. Next you will want to open the file. The document is formatted in PDF format and requires Adobe Reader software that should already be loaded on your computer. If you can not open the file, you can download the software for free by clicking on the following link:
