Wholesale Adore children's jewelry is fully backed by a 100% satisfaction and quality guarantee. If you are unhappy with any of the products recieved by Adore, you can return them with absolutely no hassles within the first 2 weeks of receiving your jewelry, and only custom orders (defined in the custom jewelry section) will be charged a 25% restocking fee. All regular orders will be restocked at no charge. Claims made on item shortages must be made within 3-days of receipt of shipment.
